Will unused credits be carried over to the next billing period?

No. If you are under your credit limit at the end of a billing period, the unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
When I unsubscribe from my pricing plan, do the remaining credits disappear？

Cancellation of subscription means that your subscription will not be renewed for the next billing period, and the remaining credits of the billing period will still be available.
How and when are credits consumed?

Credits are only consumed when a video has been generated. For as long as your video is in draft credits will not be consumed. If you have generated your video and would like to update the content you are able to do so by editing and regenerating your video.
Can I cancel my subscription any time？

Yes. Simply go to your account settings in Pipio and cancel your plan.
